Shipping Policy
Delivery service provider
We deliver goods via NoParcel, a third-party provider that uses the Multiparcel delivery network and other partner courier services.
The customer can choose the delivery method:
- To a parcel locker
- Directly via courier to the specified address
The final delivery courier depends on the method chosen by the customer and the shipment route.
Delivery period

In Lithuania: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

International shipping: 3–10 business days, depending on the country.
- Actual delivery times may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping price
- The price depends on the order size, weight, and the selected shipping method.
- The exact price will be displayed at checkout on the Shopify platform.
- Discounts or free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
Order Tracking
- After the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a tracking number that allows them to track the shipment via the NoParcel system.
Responsibility for delivery
- Items are considered delivered once the courier or parcel locker has handed them over to the customer.
- If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at info@odeina.lt. We will work with NoParcel to resolve the issue.
Receipt of shipment
- The customer must inspect the condition of the shipment upon delivery.
- Any damaged or missing items must be reported to the courier immediately or noted in the NoParcel system, and you must also notify us by email.
Returns and Cancellations
Under EU consumer rights, a customer may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item:
- The item must be undamaged (e.g., the belt cannot be shortened) and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are usually covered by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
