Returns policy

We seek to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

Return conditions

To return an item, it has to meet these conditions:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be undamaged
  • The item must retain its original appearance
  • All accessories and labels must be included
  • The item’s size (e.g., belt length) must not have been altered 

We retain the right to refuse to accept a returned item if it does not meet these conditions.

Return procedure

To return an item, please contact us by email:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item being returned
  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve our services)

We will respond with further return instructions.

Refund 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund

Return shipping charges

The customer shall cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where:

  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

In such cases, we cover the return shipping expenses.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email:

  • Product photos
  • Order number
  • Problem description

We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or style, please contact us by email info@odeina.lt.

Exchanges are only possible if the item has not been used.

Cases where a refund is not issued

The money may not be refunded if:

  • The item has been used
  • The item was damaged due to the buyer's fault
  • The item was returned late
  • The item has lost its marketable appearance
