How to shorten the belt

We fasten the belt around our waist.

Thread the belt through the buckle and tighten it to the extent you normally wear a belt.

We measure the segment which is:

from the tightened place to the third or fourth hole, so that the belt, in the end, is threaded into the middle hole.
Once we know the exact length of the segment, we can start shortening the belt.

First, after unbuckling the belt, you need to remove the buckle.

We see a screw near the buckle, which we unscrew.

Once the buckle is removed, we cut the measured length of the strap:

from the beginning of the belt, in other words, from where the buckle was.

Once we have the correct length, the next step is to make a hole for the buckle to pass through.

We use the cut-off part of the belt, add it to the shortened belt, and make a hole with an awl or other sharp tool.

We attach the buckle and screw in the screw.
